1.Cancel The Order:

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.

2.Return & Exchange Conditions:

You can return most items for a refund within     30  days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized items
• Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “2 for $250” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
• Items you have already assembled
• Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
• Open Box Items

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact dongwen@cnc-electric.com, and we will afford the delivery fee. We’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

If you want to replace the items, please re-purchase after returning them.
                                                                                                                                                                 

3.Return form:  

We will provide you with a warehouse address that you can send back. If your item is damaged or defective, please send it back by yourself and we will refund the shipping cost or refund you directly. (depending on product value)

4.Refund:                                                      

If a refund is required, we will return the agreed amount to your payment account. From the operation of the refund to the consumer receiving the refund, it will take about   72  hours.
